Returns and exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase simply contact us directly to resolve this matter as we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund on any given order.
Once you've received your order you will have 7 business days to arrange an exchange or return.
RETURNS / REFUNDS
All items must be returned in unused, like-new, undamaged condition in their original box. All orders should be tried on a clean surface. In the interests of hygiene, sandals, shoes & boots must be first tried on with socks.
Please note that the buyer will be held responsible for shipping fees to return products back to us.
We cannot unfortunately refund or exchange any used or customer damaged products. All products will be inspected upon return before refunded.
EXCHANGES
In order to exchange your order you will simply need to contact me prior to returning your parcel - we do not except exchanges if you simply return your parcel without contacting us.
Please note that the buyer will be held responsible for shipping fees to return products back to us.
Unfortunately we cannot exchange any used or customer damaged products. All products will be inspected upon return before proceed with an exchange.
NO RETURNS & REFUNDS EXCEMPTIONS
Please be aware of the fact that we do NOT except any Decor, Custom or Sale Orders. We also do NOT compensate or allow discounts on any given pair of exchange orders for a new CUSTOM pair.
GENERAL INFO
We follow a strict 'Exchange or Return' procedure which need to be complied with & therefore you will need to arrange your return or exchange prior to simply returning your parcel.
The returned package must have "Returned Goods" marked clearly on it.
The goods are your responsibility until they reach back to me. I advise to send them with a tracking number. Please ensure you pack your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
We do not charge any 'exchange' or 'processing' fees however please be aware of the fact that in the case that you wish to exchange your size then you will be charged a related shipping fee mentioned below for the related shipment.
All 'exchange' related parcels will be re-sent via First Class Registered PRIORITY International Mail which will be charged the 'Original Shipping' fee :

USD $23.95 / $17.00 - New Zealand (10 - 16 days)

USD $ 6.00 / $ 4.00 - Israel (2-5 days)
Once we receive your returned parcel we will notify you & send you an invoice via PayPal to resend the sandals.
Payment
You will also be able to pay with either your Debit Card or Credit Card ( Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Dinners & Discovery ) via PayPal without having an existing account with them & you can simply go ahead with the Express Check-Out.
If you do not wish to pay via PayPal or Credit Card you will also be able to pay via Wire Transfer, Western Union or even Money Gram.
Other methods of payment is possible if arranged prior to purchase ... if there's a will there's a way.
Shipping
Handling time differs between 3-5 business days (sandals) & 5-7 business days (shoes & boots) -- There is also a 2 day cancellation period BUT once the product has been made no cancellations will be excepted.
HANDLING & SHIPPING
Please note that our handling time varies between 3-5 business days for sandals & 5-10 business days for shoes and boots. We make each & every single order as per request - our products are not mass-produced via factory or machinery so therefore every single pair is hand crafted especially for you.
All our parcels are carefully packaged in a cardboard box which is then carefully covered with a 'water-proof' wrapping to protect parcels from exterior influences in selected seasons ( Autumn & Winter = Rainy / Monsoon Seasons ).
I also want to confirm that each parcel has been INSURED - all parcels includes $100 insurance.
We offer 3 shipping methods at this given time :
1. First Class International Priority Mail ( 10 - 16 business days )
2. ECO Express Mail ( 5-7 business days )
3. EMS Express Mail ( 3-5 business days )
1. First Class International Priority Mail ( 10 - 16 business days )
We normally ship all our parcels via First Class International Priority Mail whereas parcels will be delivered to the comfort of your front door within an amazing 10-16 business days. Please note that our customers are not able to track their parcels until this parcel is at their local postal unit.
2. ECO Express Mail ( 5-7 business days )
You can upgrade your shipment to ECO EXPRESS Shipping ( 5-7 business days ) for an extra $5.00 per pair whereas you will receive tracking updates & delivery notifications.
ECO Express is only available to the following countries :

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, France, Germany, Great Britain ( UK ), Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland & United States of America.
3. EMS Express Mail ( 3-5 business days )
You can upgrade your shipment to EMS EXPRESS Shipping ( 3-5 business days ) for an extra $20.00 for the 1st pair & $12.00 for every additional pair.
We provide tracking updates as an item travels to its destination. Get tracking updates, including the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery notifications.
If you are in a hurry to receive your order then simply go ahead & upgrade your shipping either to one of the following Express Options.

FREE Worldwide Shipping on ALL orders over $250.
Local orders will be shipped FREE of charge !!
SHIPPING DELAYS
Parcels may take longer to arrive due to the fact that Customs randomly stop & check sent items !! In this case I will notify the buyer of such an incident but unfortunately it is out of my & the Post Office's control when this do happen ~~ which is VERY RARE, so no worries.
UNCLAIMED, UNKNOWN & REFUSED PARCELS
If parcels return after being shipped out to destination due to the fact that is has been 'UNCLAIMED', 'REFUSED' or the addressee is 'UNKNOWN' the buyer will be responsible to pay the shipping fee to re-send the sandals.
All related parcels will be re-sent via First Class Registered PRIORITY International Mail ( 10-16 days ) which will be charged the 'Original Shipping' fee :
