I'm working on new dogs and new ways to enjoy them. I'm doing a cake topper soft launch as I play with ways to photograph these pups. They look awesome on a cake with flowers! Ornaments and Tree Toppers and of course my Adult and Puppy Dogs will continue to be in stock but new work will be rolling in almost daily.
Outdoor shows will resume in the Spring and the best way to see the complete line is to visit me at a show. That growing schedule will be on my website, www.walkingolive.com as jury results roll in. A bit about Walking Olive:
I create sweet needle felted dogs made from wool. My work is evolving from my deep love of animals and a desire to spread happiness and fun. Giving Back - Each year, a portion of every needle felted dog sale from this Etsy site, my Walking Olive website and from my shows will be donated to a local animal charity. Working together, through established charitable organizations, we can save the lives of animals in need. It is my hope that we can solve our pet overpopulation problem through responsible and ethical programs and practices. Animals offer limitless unconditional love. It is my privilege to return their love.

My Story - My earliest roots are embedded in fiber work, jewelry design and collage, dating back to my artist beginnings, long before children and the many twists life had to offer. I learned to knit in elementary school and have been in love with fiber ever since. I've been needle felting for 12 years and my latest obsession with dogs just enjoying life brings me much joy.

Note: Because each dog is one of a kind and the ornaments sell so quickly, it is nearly impossible to photograph and relist every ornament. The ornament photo closely represents the ornament you'll receive but may not match exactly and ball colors will vary. The other dogs listed on my site are one of a kind and the dog in the photo will be the one you'll receive.
