Due to the nature of instant downloads, I do not offer refunds. However, if there is an error in your file, I will happily do what I can to rectify the problem.

Please note: Because of the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final.
Shipping
You will receive a notice from Etsy that your print is ready for download almost immediately. If you do not receive this email, please let me know! And I will show you exactly where to find your files to download from.

Due to different monitor calibrations, colours on the print may vary slightly from what you see on your monitor.

I would encourage you to have basic computer knowledge and understanding before downloading printable art. While I am happy to help where I can, I'm not set up to give tutorials on downloading, saving and printing files.
