I got these shoes to wear on my wedding day, needless to say they are awesome! She was so nice when I had questions and was so personal! I am sooooo happy I got these and would recommend them to anyone! Thanks again!!!
Q: Why are your custom Toms so cheap?
A: Thread is very inexpensive. Each piece is priced on the amount of time it takes to embroider the design. I use the shoes you already own instead of making you buy new ones to customize. Also, I use my Etsy shop as a creative outlet/hobby not as my primary source of income.
Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Yes, I love to take your ideas and turn them into designs. Again, price just depends on how long it will take me to complete a design and whether you want it on one or both shoes. Message me for more info.
Q: What happens if my Toms are damaged while in your possession?
A: In the HIGHLY UNLIKELY event that something happens to your shoes while they're in my possession I will buy you a completely new pair of shoes and for the trouble I'll refund your money and do the customization for free.
Q: What happens if my Toms are lost in the mail?
A: Sorry, I cannot be held responsible for lost or misdirected packages. You will be notified via Etsy messages when I receive your Toms and when to expect completion. You will be notified again when your shoes ship back to you. However, if an item is lost in the mail BEFORE I get it, I would be able to refund your money since I did not work on your shoes. Please contact me if you think your shoes were lost before they got to me and I can issue a refund.
Q: What happens if I don't like how my shoes turned out?
A: Due to the made to order nature of custom Toms, each design will vary slightly from the one in the listing photos. However, I do my best to make sure your shoes are as close to looking like the ones in the photos as possible. No refunds if you do not like how your shoes turned out. No worries though, I have not had any unhappy customers.
Q: How long have you been embroidering?
A: I first learned to embroider about seven years ago.
Q: How does shipping work for custom Toms?
A: See shipping policies.

READY TO SHIP ITEMS
If the Post Office is open and I can package your order and make it there in time, I will ship the same day you order. If you place an order when the Post Office is closed, I will package the order and ship first thing in the morning on the next business day.
The buyer is responsible for shipping Toms to me and can ship however they choose, I recommend USPS as it is only about $5. The cost of shipping to me is not included in listing price, so keep in mind you will pay an additional $5 or so out of pocket to have your shoes shipped to me.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS
Upon receipt of payment you will be notified when your item is expected to be completed. As soon as the item is completed I will package and ship on the next Post Office business day.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are unsure whether an item will fit you, let me know via Etsy message or note to seller. Once you receive the item, try it on and let me know how it goes. If you are unhappy with the way it fits just pay to ship it back to me and I'll refund your money as soon as I get the item back. I only accept refunds if you let me know within two weeks of the day an item shipped. This is enough time for the item to have reached you and for you to know if it fits. If an item shows signs of wear or is dirty, I will ship it back to you with no refund.
If you are buying clothing from my shop as a gift and you're unsure if it will fit her, let me know via Etsy message or note to seller. Tell me when you expect this person to open the gift. You have two weeks from that day to contact me about a refund.
My bags are one size fits all and are represented well in the photos. Sorry, no refunds on bags.
