Why Platinum Silicone?
All of our toys are made of body safe platinum silicone, are non-porous and phthalate free.
This long lasting material won’t leak chemicals or harbor bacteria (if cleaned properly).
How do I care for my toys?
We recommend washing thoroughly before and after every use.
Use a mild unscented soap and warm water, glycerin-free soap is best if you are sensitive; or boil in water for 3-4 min to disinfect
We do not recommend washing in a dishwasher, as this can leave residue on your toy
Using a fresh paper towel dry completely before storing, regular towels can hold bacteria
We do not recommend storing in plastic bags.
Do not store in contact with non-silicone toys
Use only water based lube
Keep away from sharp objects, don’t bite or cut
Why does it say 1-7 business days to ship?
All of our toys are hand poured and made to order, depending on volume of orders or customization shipping time varies.
Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products, our shop does not offer refunds or exchanges.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped please contact USPS with your tracking number if it has not arrived by the estimated delivery date.
For International orders USPS transfers the package to your local post, please check with your local service for assistance.
Items returned due to incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee. We do not offer refunds for any returned items.
Can you duplicate/copy a previous toy you made?
Each toy is poured by hand, this makes each item one of a kind. Since we are human exact duplication is impossible.
We are always happy to use the same colors/pour but cannot guarantee it will be exact.
We do not offer refunds/returns/exchanges due to color or pour variances.

Yes :)
All orders are shipped in a plain brown box with TWB listed as the seller.
International orders will say Silicone Sculpture to comply with custom/import regulations.
