I DO NOT accept exchanges except in specific instances, i.e., you received the wrong item. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

I'll be happy to make changes to a new order that hasn't been processed - such as a different potpourri scent or a different fabric on Santa Puffs and pinwheels.


Unless they arrive damaged or defective, I will not accept returns for:

- Scented Potpourri orders.

~ I make every effort to provide clear concise photos of all potpourri allowing customers to see the color, texture and the accent saltdoughs.
~ I provide detailed descriptions of the fragrances - exactly as my fragrance supplier describes the fragrance. These descriptions can be found in the photo section of each potpourri and in the "item details" section of the listing.
~ I provide detailed item descriptions of each product. I will not accept returns because a customer did not take the time to read the item description.


Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition and packing, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
(ORIGINAL CONDITION: this means unopened and unused).



If your item is damaged during shipping, you may request a replacement item or refund of the purchase price minus the actual shipping costs. I require one or more photos of the damaged item and the packing, if the outside packing shows damage. Once I receive the photos, I will file a claim with the shipping carrier and provide you with a refund or replacement.

Please keep all packing materials, etc. and the damaged item until I receive notification that the claim is settled.

--- In the event of loss for a mailed order: I will contact the shipping carrier as soon as I am notified by you that your order has not arrived.

In the unlikely event that I receive confirmation from USPS/UPS/FedEx that your order is indeed lost, I will contact you. It will be your choice of a full refund (minus shipping costs) or to have replacement items made.
Payment is accepted through Paypal and Direct Checkout (All major credit cards)

Customs fees for international orders, any taxes or monies owed are the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders are shipped within the approximate time frame stated in item description and in my shop announcement for the holiday season, etc. The shipping date provided on your buyer receipt is the approximate date your order will ship (unless that date is a holiday where USPS offices are closed.)

MAILING ADDRESSES: Orders are mailed to the address provided on your buyer's transaction receipt, unless you have contacted me with corrections or other arrangements regarding a shipping address.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES: Once your item is given to the shipping carrier, I do not have any control over the TIMEFRAMES for your item to be delivered! If you require delivery by a specified date, please select the appropriate shipping method - such as express priority or priority mail.

UNDELIVERED RETURNED ITEMS: Items returned to me as undeliverable, due to the wrong address provided by the customer, no forwarding address, not accepted at customs, non pickup at post office (after notification by USPS), etc. --- WILL NOT be re-shipped unless the buyer pays new shipping charges. I will refund the item purchase price on your order (minus all shipping charges) upon request from the buyer.

Certain items - such as custom stitcheries with names/dates, scented potpourri and navy rating patch stitcheries WILL NOT BE REFUNDED due to being an UNDELIVERED item.

SHIPPING will be through the US Post Office (USPS), FedEx or through United Parcel Service (UPS) - whichever allows for the speediest delivery and the lowest shipping charges or at the request of the buyer. Shipping method is calculated by package size and weight.

OVERCHARGES IN SHIPPING COSTS ($1.00+) are promptly refunded after I've shipped your order. This is initiated by me and handled by Etsy back to your method of payment and can take several business days to complete.

INSURANCE is added to USPS, FedEx and UPS shipments (EXCEPTION: USPS first class mail). I will add additional insurance to orders as necessary - above the standard amount provided by the shipping carrier. I (the shipper) will file all necessary insurance claims with the carrier - and provide you (the buyer) a replacement of your order or a refund for damaged or lost items.

Some items (due to size/weight) do not have International shipping rates listed. Please contact me for an exact quote on the item and I'll be happy to add international shipping to the item selection.

CUSTOMS FEES/TAXES/MONIES: ALL customs fees and monies will be the responsibility of the buyer. I have no control over a country's customs fees/charges or the length of time it takes for items to go through customs!

ALL items are marked as "merchandise" on customs forms. NO EXCEPTIONS!
SHIPPING NOTIFICATIONS/TRACKING: These are emailed to every customer and will provide the tracking number for your order.

Shipping, tracking and delivery confirmations are also available through the purchases/reviews section of your Etsy account.

Sales are final on custom made orders. Upon receipt, if there are damaged items - please contact me for a refund for the cost of the damaged item(s) minus shipping fees.
