We do our best to package and ship each item within 1-2 business days of your purchase.
If you are purchasing an item as a gift and would like it gift wrapped with a card and shipped directly to the recipient, please email us to make arrangements. We are happy to offer this service free of charge!!
The domestic price quoted on each listing is usually for USPS Parcel Post or Priority Mail, and will be stated on each listing. Delivery confirmation will be included with each package. Depending on location, packages should arrive within 2-5 business days of being sent. Should, based on your location, actual shipping charges be lower than the quoted price, we will gladly adjust/refund any difference over $2.00.
We are happy to accommodate other shipping options, if requested.
The international price quoted on each listing is usually for International First Class Mail, but it will be stated in each listing. Depending on location, USPS claims that the average international delivery time is between 6-10 business days, but is no guarantee on time is implied. Tracking is not offered on these items, and we are NOT responsible for lost, delayed or stolen items. We will email each customer a copy of the receipt and the custom form number for their records.
Any duties, taxes, fees, etc. applied by customs, upon delivery, are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Due to the one of a kind nature of vintage items ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Please be sure to double check all measurements, inspect the photos and ask any questions that you may have, prior to making a purchase. If you feel that an item has been misrepresented please email us, and we will make every effort to correct the issue.
Refunds and Exchanges
As you may already be aware, vintage items have usually been pre-owned (and pre-loved!) and therefore show signs of natural wear. We strive to point out any major flaws, such as missing buttons, tears, stains, ripped seams, etc., in all of our descriptions. We also try to offer photographs from a variety of angles to allow for complete and thorough viewing of each item. We ask that you please ask any questions, or address any concerns, before purchasing an item. We will gladly take additional photographs, give additional measurements, or whatever we can do to make sure you are enthusiastic about your purchase.
