Payment
I accept check, money order and paypal. In the case of money order or check I do not ship until they have cleared!
Shipping
I ship domestically as well as internationally.

I use USPS (typically First Class) shipping but can ship in other methods if requested.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS* It is the buyer's responsibility to investigate and pay all customs charges, taxes, and fees on items.

Most items I can and do ship out within 2-3 days, however in the case of custom pins or other custom work, please allow one to two weeks after artwork has been received and payment for order has cleared for shipping, depending upon my time availability.

Please note that I cannot be held responsible for the actions of the USPS, UPS, Fed-Ex, etc. This includes damaged or lost items. I will be happy to work with you to get you a replacement, however, should the evil shipping fairy eat or damage your purchases!
Refunds and Exchanges
Returns will be given in the amount originally paid minus shipping and treated case by case. This may be store credit, money back, or resending the item to you. Proof of defect maybe necessary (either in the form of photo or shipping defect items back to me).

→Custom Orders
Custom orders in which I am creating something special for you will not be started until I have received the full payment owed for the item. If you decide you do not want the item, partial refunds can be given and will be decided case by case.

To the best of my ability I have described the products I am selling. Please be aware that some color shifting may occur in photographs due to viewing on different monitors, etc.
