Returns and exchanges

Soaps cannot be returned because of obvious reasons. Sorry, this is just my policy. I really can't have someone use the soap, decide they don't like it because of scent or other reason, then send it back. Yuck. Make sure you know what scents or additives you like and which ones you do not before purchasing.

I accept PayPal and credit cards for payment.

Shipping

After receiving payment I will ship out soaps within 72 hours, more than likely it will be the same day.
I know how it is to buy something on Etsy and not get it for a while. I never want my customers to ever feel like this about my shop.

All soaps are made in my kitchen located in central Wisconsin. I spent almost a year developing my recipe for my soaps. I do believe that it is a very moisturizing formula that is wonderful for almost all skin types. Many people with skin conditions have found relief after trying my soaps. If you have a certain issue with your skin, please contact me and I will find the soap just for you.
