WaverlyWadeDesigns was formally opened in October 2014 after years of sewing, sacrifice and saving to make my dream of owning a business a reality. I have always been a designer at heart, and I sewed on and off for years. When I became a mother to a little girl I realized the sheer fun of creating handmade clothing for little girls and I returned to my previous passion with a renewed sense of creativity. I am a very proud mother to her preceding four brothers, but I will admit freely that creating clothing for little boys is not quite as entertaining as creating costumes, dresses and skirts.

WaverlyWadeDesigns was named after my two youngest children, and is actually an amalgamation of their middle names. I truly believe in the magic of childhood, and I seek to create clothing that is affordable, durable, and beautiful. I offer a wide variety of products including boutique dresses to fit any season or event. Each of my products is made with love, care and expert technical skills. It can take me hours before I will even commit to a fabric because I require only the highest quality. Each stitch is a promise I make to you and your child that your clothing will be beautifully designed and crafted for just you.

My dresses are enjoyed worldwide and have gained international recognition for both personal customers and media outlets. My designs have been featured in two editorials by Petite Magnifique Magazine. The first editorial featured not one but six of our designs curated for a Day of the Dead special followed by another spotlight for a Santa’s Workshop feature. We’ve also had the pleasure of working with Mr. Telp, a communications provider dedicated to keeping family and friends close with their technology. One of our exquisite Christmas dresses was used to highlight the innocence of childhood in one of their more recent commercials. You can see the commercial, and that very special dress dress, here:
