TECHNICAL INFO ABOUT THE PAINTINGS:
All paints used on these paintings are professional, artist-grade quality. Favorite oil paint brands are Maimeri Puro, Old Holland, Holbein, and Winsor & Newton. Acrylic brands include Winsor & Newton and Amsterdam Expert colors.

Unless otherwise noted, all paintings are painted on a rigid surface, like canvas board or gesso-covered board. It has been proven that rigid surfaces are more durable and the paint is less prone to cracking after many years. Care has been taken to use good quality painting surfaces, and the description of each individual painting will give more info on the type of canvas or painting board used.

All oil paintings have been given a light coat of "retouch varnish," a type of protective coating. After 6-12 months, the buyer can apply a final coat of varnish (or have a framer do it). This is not mandatory, however.

All paintings are unframed unless otherwise noted.
