・Most WayToBead products are made to order. Processing time depends on current workload. We highly recommend that you plan ahead for all of your orders and please check shipping dates in all listings.

・Ship daily: Monday to Friday, except postal holidays.

・We offer Flat Rate Shipping ! Only one rate regardless of the number of items in your order.

・All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

・USPS Priority Mail upgrade is available at checkout.

・Shipping insurance purchase is available upon request.

・Orders are shipped to the address on Etsy receipts. Please provide a correct shipping address when you checkout.

・Buyers are responsible for the re-shipping cost if package is returned to WayToBead.

・Buyers must contact WayToBead within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 21 days of delivery. 

・Items must be returned in their original condition and original quantities. 

・Refunds or exchanges will be processed after items are received by WayToBead. 
Tracking number of your return package must be provided to WayToBead.
・All shipping fees are non-refundable.

・Buyers are responsible for exchanges shipping fees.

・Parcels may take longer to arrive sometimes than other times. Delayed scanning and customs hold are beyond our control once the package is in the postal services system.
・USPS does not consider a package is lost until the following times have passed:

Domestic (U.S.): 21 business days past shipping date

International: 45 business days past shipping date
ITALY: 60 business days past shipping date

・We do not refund nor re-ship in the following situations:

..if the package is lost because an incorrect address was provided.
..if the package has been tampered with and items are missing in transit.
..if the package has been marked “delivered” by USPS or other courier services.
..if the package has been stolen.

SET STONES:: without using any glue, we carefully hand set the stones securely in settings. Also, we don’t use glue because smudges are left on the edges. When setting stones, they can chip easily. When this happens, we discard the stones. We do all the work and absorb the cost of damaged stones, so you don’t have to.

VINTAGE :: These items are 20 - 60 years old. Please note that time can cause discoloration, scratches, fogging, peeling, patinas and other signs of aging. These qualities will add special charm and uniqueness to your creations.

METAL :: Our lead and nickel free metal stampings and findings are crafted with quality vintage precision tooling in the USA.

Our products are not intended for use by children.

CABOCHONS & STONES :: Please avoid drops, scratch and immersion in liquids. Moisture and chemicals, friction and contact with a hard surface will damage, scratched, discolor or loosen our jewelry supplies.

RAW BRASS :: Store in a cool, dry place or ziplock bags. Patina or tarnish develops over time due to chemical reactions between the surface of the metal and the surrounding air. Color may turn out uneven. To restore to a bright golden finish, we recommend EZ Brite’s Penny Brite cleaner or toothpaste.

PLATED BRASS :: Avoid exposing to moisture, chemicals or cosmetics. Clean gently with a soft cloth when necessary.

・We try to show the details of our products by taking close-up photos. This may cause the objects to appear larger than in person. Please read the description for actual sizes.

・Please understand that we strive to capture the most accurate color possible. But color variations is to be expected as they are affected by different monitor, settings and web.

・We spend endless hours looking for unique photo props and background ideas. I hope my products and photos give you endless inspiration.
