Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)

  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Returns and exchange details
We do our best to present items accurately with detailed information on condition, measurements and estimates on modern sizing. All clothes are likely pre-worn, unless otherwise noted, and may have light signs of wear. All issues with the clothing are disclosed in the listing to the best of our ability, but small imperfections may be missed. Please contact us if you feel your piece was not described and we will be more than happy to work with you to find a solution.

Please be sure to carefully compare your measurements to those listed in the item description. We measure items flat and double the flat measurement. If you are wondering about fit, please contact us with any questions.

We will accept returns for store credit on most items. Items must be shipped back within three business days of initial delivery with tracking. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition of when received. Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only, shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Returns must be shipping with tracking, within five days of initial delivery. A credit code for the purchase price will be issued when the above conditions are met. When redeeming the code, use as you would any other promo code to cover all or part of your exchange order.

Exclusions:
*Items from the 1940s or earlier, due to their delicate nature cannot be returned--please message us immediately if there is an issue with your order.
*Sale items
*Shoes: vintage shoes are described based on visual evaluation and are not worn or tested before hand. Glue, leather, and wood on shoes can sometimes dry out, even if they are unworn, dead stock and appear to be excellent. They can often be fixed by a cobbler for a small fee if that is the case. For that reason, we cannot accept returns on vintage shoes.
*Any item that is stated to be nonreturnable in its individual listing description.
Payment
Please process payment upon purchasing your item(s) via Direct Check Out or via PayPal.

- Holds -
Items under $50 are not eligible for holds. Items over $50 can be reserved with a non-refundable 25% PayPal deposit to be paid fully within 10 days. Please send a convo to begin this process.

- Layaway -
Items over $150 are eligible for a layway program - please send a convo for the details.

- Discounts -
I work hard to offer the best quality vintage on the market and keep prices low so all kinds of buyers have access to fabulous clothes! Prices are firm, but keep an eye on the shop for sales and promotions, which are relatively frequent!
Shipping
We will ship your items no later than 3 business days after receipt of payment via USPS. All shipping costs are calculated based on estimated package weight and are thus exact cost. You can choose the shipping method/timeframe that works best for your order. Please let us know if you would prefer another method or carrier in your order details and we can work together to arrange. Tracking will be provided the day of shipment via Etsy. We will refund any shipping overages the day of.

- International Shipping -
International customers must pay any fees or duties incurred by their countries upon shipping. Items sent via First Class International (by far the most economical method for any item weighing less than 4 pounds) are shipped at the buyer's risk, as these packages are untraceable after they leave the US. We cannot offer refunds for items lost in transit abroad. If you would like to use a trackable international shipping method, please select Priority International or Priority Express when checking out.

Sizing details

All items are measured with the item laying flat. The measurements given are of the clothing and you should account for a little wiggle room in certain areas. You may want to compare the measurements against a similar garment that fits you well.

We always try to get the most accurate measurements, but depending on the cut of the garment, approximations may be made. Our modern size estimates are just that, estimates, so please make sure to measure, measure, measure! If you have any questions, just ask!

Care instructions

It is always advisable to hand wash or dry clean your vintage clothing, particularly the older stuff. Please feel free to ask us for tips on particular garments. All of our items have been cleaned either by hand or by a professional dry cleaner before they come to you, unless otherwise noted.

Condition Chart

Absolutely Perfect: Mint without a single flaw to note. No signs of wear. Very rare, even in deadstock items. Like new.

Near mint: The item appears to be in new condition and never used. on super-close inspection, one or two barely detectable signs of wear remind us this item is not new.

Excellent: Item shows only the slightest signs of wear, typical from occasional use. No major flaws. One or two minor notables which in no way detract from overall beauty.

Very good: Wearable with a few minor surface flaws. Imperfections are not noticeable and do not detract from garment.

Good: minor flaws, some noticeable when worn, but easily overlooked. structurally sound and wearable

Shipping Concerns

If you have not received your package within the estimated shipping time-table, please contact us. We will do our best to find out further information through USPS. Often times, if you haven't received your package, particularly in the EU, it's best to call your customs office or local PO to see if they have any further information. Unfortunately, once and item leaves the US, it's very hard to track from our side, unless you have upgraded your shipping method to USPS Priority Mail or USPS Express Mail, which costs quite a bit more. If you would rather have peace of mind and would like to ensure that your items arrives quickly and fully tracked, we recommend upgrading.
