Welcome to my shop policies. I'm always welcoming inquiries and custom orders, so don't be afraid to contact me if you have any questions. Any online communication is forwarded to my phone, so I am immediately aware of any contact and will respond as soon as possible.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are not pleased with an item, I will accept it as an exchange for equal value. If an item is lost in the mail (and the data from USPS delivery confirmation shows this) I will make every attempt to replace the item with a similar piece and request from you documentation to present to the post office showing that the item failed to reach you. If it is damaged in the mail, I will pay for the shipping for the item to be returned to me, and repair the piece, or replace it with a similar piece.
Payment
I currently only accept Paypal as a payment option, as you can either use money in Paypal or a major credit card as payment. If you complete a sale on etsy and fail to continue to pay for it, I will make every attempt to contact you. However, if you are unresponsive for 4 days, I will cancel the sale, contact etsy and relist the item.
Shipping
I ship USPS Priority mail, and will make every attempt to send out within 5 business days of purchase. If you need an item faster, please contact me.
Shipping fees include handling (packing materials, etc) as well as delivery confirmation on the item. I will contact you upon shipping with the delivery confirmation number.
Additional policies and FAQs
Please note that occasionally I am incapacitated due to a chronic seizure disorder. Due to this, there may be circumstances when I am unable to respond to communication, or mailing will be delayed while I recover. I will make every attempt to finish transactions as quickly as possible.
Likewise, it occasionally takes me much longer than expected to complete items. While I apologize again for this, it does mean that some additional time may need to be taken into account for custom orders, etc.
