Creating bespoke accessories for offbeat brides, we make customised veils and bridal capes for brides who march to the beat of their own drum. Each design is completely bespoke, you can choose your desired length, fabric, colour and embellishment to create a veil or cape as unique as you.

Due to items being bespoke, we cannot allow refunds or exchanges.

Shipping
Veils & capes have a 3-4 week production time and will be dispatched once completed on a fully trackable, signed for Royal Mail service. We ship worldwide!

TERMS – PLEASE READ BEFORE ORDERING

Each veil is bespoke & made to order; therefore there is a 3-4 week production time (excluding shipping time).

Why 4 weeks? W Collective is a one-woman show, and I take the upmost care in each order. Each veil is handmade from scratch, from custom colour dyeing to hand embellishing – please respect that it is not something to be rushed!

A rush fee of £20 may be applicable if you require your veil in less than 4 weeks. This will be due to prioritising your order above other customer’s orders. This is subject to availability so please get in contact prior to ordering.

It is highly recommended that you order fabric swatches first - www.etsy.com/uk/listing/572301622/tulle-fabric-samples

Colours & tones may vary depending on screen resolutions. If you are looking for a bespoke colour, please order fabric samples prior to placing your order.

Each veil is hand dyed, and although every care is taken to ensure colours are consistent, there can be slight variations every time – it is not an exact science and colours can vary in different dye batches.

Please select either a clear plastic, or a gold or silver metal comb.

UK orders are dispatched once completed with a Royal Mail Next Day by 1pm delivery service. This will require a signature.

International orders are dispatched once completed with a Royal Mail Tracked & Signed For service. Shipping times vary for different countries but generally please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Due to each order being bespoke, we cannot accept refunds.
