Hi, welcome to Wearable Vintage!

Wearable Vintage strives to bring you wearable vintage items in a variety of sizes, styles and prices.
All items are hand picked by me based on the "just becasue it's old doesn't make it vintage, being old and COOL makes it vintage" concept :) So if I wouldn't wear it, or I don't know anybody who would - you won't find it here.

I also try to find larger sizes - not all small and XS's, although I do buy those sizes as well; but I will leave behind a pair of 1950s size 5 Channel's for a pair of 1970s size 8 unknown brand platforms any day - becasue I like to wear my collection :)

Also I'm trade friendly and open to offers :)

Accepted payment methods

  • Pay with Visa
  • Pay with Master Card

  • Pay with PayPal
Payment
Please pay promptly. If you need extra time to pay please contact me.

If I haven't heard from you within 5 days I will contact you with a 24 hour notice before cancelling the sale and relisting the item.

I am happy to reserve an item(s) for you.

I accept payment via Paypal only.
Shipping
*SHIPPING ETA'S*
My handling time is no more than 3 days - meaning I will ship your item(s) out quickly.

ETA within CANADA- up to 3 weeks depending where you live (I'm in Western Canada)
ETA to the USA - Average 2-3 weeks to clear customs and reach you, can take longer if held for inspection, generaly no more than 6 weeks.
ETA International - 4-6 weeks, I have had it take up to 8 weeks for certain destinations (Australia and UK tends to take a really long time from here)

NOW - IF YOU DON'T GET YOUR ITEMS(S) or are getting worried PLEASE *CONTACT* ME! I'm a very reasonable seller, perhaps too trusting - I won't just give you the "meh, I shipped it" attitude - we'll work something out.
**THANK YOU IN ADVANCE**
Refunds and Exchanges
Because of fit issues and stuff, I do accept returns. But I ask you to ask all questions first, I am happy to answer them and try to get the sizing ect right. If you do need to return something you will have to pay for shipping back to me. Once I recieve the item back in the *exact* same condition it was when I shipped it, I will refund you the cost of the item, minus the cost of shipping (sorry it's the only way I can accept returns).
IF YOU ARE UNHAPPY for any reason please CONTACT ME, I do this for fun and a love of vintage stuff, so I'll do what I can to work out a reasonable conclusion with you.

***Please remember though, these are *not* new clothes, *they are vintage*, even the best vintage item *will* show signs of age/wear - it's part of the charm of vintage clothes :)***
Additional policies and FAQs
PLEASE CHECK MEASUREMENTS and allow extra inches if item has no stretch. Bust is measured pit to pit and doubled, all measurements are done laid flat and doubled.

Vintage clothing can be delicate and needs to be respected. I look for items that are well made and stylish but they do need special care; please dry clean, hand wash or wash on gentle cycles only. I do not recommend putting vintage items in the drier.

My home is smoke and pet free, I will try to note if there is pet hair that I couldn't remove on the item, I have allergies so chances are I'll know :)

Thanks for reading my policies :)

Point of interest - Canadian Union Labels were only used, as far I can find info on them - up to 1984, the most common one dates clothes from 1968 to 1984, this is why I always mention if it has one, it verifies the item as true vintage - always good to know :)
