What a fantastic artist with amazing costumer service! The item arrived quickly and in beautiful packaging; it was cleverly wrapped in a magazine page that featured an interesting photo. Then, the page was tied with yarn, wrapped in more packaging and placed in the mailer. Very nice presentation! The brooch itself is perfect for my purposes; very high quality craftsmanship. Shipping

PLEASE make sure your ETSY address is accurate & current! This is the address that your order will ship to. If you want to send to another adress please add it on the "message to seller" during the checkout process.

I ship everything in Express Mail through CTT (Portuguese Post Office). I ship within 2 business days after payment is received. The shipping charges include CTT freight charge and bubble envelope.

If you're an International buyer please be patient & wait between 7 to 10 working days for your order arrives. Sometimes it's faster but I want you to be aware of it.
