First off, the customer service was absolutely incredible!! When typing out the names and who it was from, it was a bit confusing how I laid it out. I reached out to see if I could have the tumbler replaced and not only did they replace it, but it was shipped the next day!! It was over the holiday so they reached out to let me know that it may take an extra day! The product is so beautiful! It makes a wonderful gift and the person that we gave it to was thrilled to have a personalized tumbler to show off that she is a new Aunt! The succulent was a beautiful addition as well!
