Accepted payment methods

Payment
I prefer PayPal as the method of payment. I will send your invite(s) after the payment has cleared. Payment must be received within 3 days of purchase or purchase will be canceled.
Shipping
All digital items will be sent to customer within 3 days of purchase. Changes will be made within 1-2 days.

If you ordered a physical item, I will ship via USPS and upon request will purchase insurance on the item.

If you would like overnight or express shipping on an item, please convo me before buying so I can calculate the actual cost and adjust the shipping price. If you checkout and realize you need overnight/express shipping after you've checked out, I will create a new item in my store reserved for you to make up the difference in cost for shipping. You will have to buy this item and pay for it before I ship.

All items to Des Moines or Ames can be delivered at no charge. Please convo me to arrange a pickup/drop off time/place.

Not responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail. I am willing to work with you for a replacement item if something is lost or damaged in the mail. I cannot reprint orders at no cost if they are lost or damaged in the mail, but will work with you to get your invitations and will file a formal complaint with the USPS if this should ever occur.
Refunds and Exchanges
No returns or exchanges as all items in this shop are custom items. If you receive an item and it is not as described, contact me and I will reimburse you part of the cost for the purchase.

See shipping policy for lost/damaged items. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping. However, I will provide insurance on all items shipped through USPS upon request.
