    Owner

I am a visual artist with over 30 years of making work and I bring this sensibility into my yarn. I am heavily influenced by the landscape around me. In the summer, it is saturated with colour and texture. In the winter, it is minimal and intense.

Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

Let's talk. My experience with custom orders is that there is always a (small) element of disappointment - I can't actually see your idea of what you want. It's inevitable. That said...let's talk. With good communication all along the way, we can create something beautiful.

Care instructions

All my yarns are made from wool, either completely or in large percentage. They require some special care. Handwash only and never put them in the dryer. Wool felts when it is wet, soapy and hot so we want to avoid those conditions. Some of my machine spun sock yarn is superwash, meaning it can be washed in a machine. It still needs to air dry.
