Custom and personalised orders

All my notebooks, planners, and workbooks are custom-made to order. Once an order is submitted, production starts straight away with my print partner, It can't be cancelled.

Please note production times vary but on average about 2 weeks.

How long will it take for my notebook or planner to arrive?

The notebooks and planners are printed on demand. Once the order is placed with our printing partner it cannot be cancelled.

The standard order processing time is 5-10 business days. Most orders are estimated to arrive within 7-14 business days after orders have been processed and shipped.

As soon as I'm notified it's been despatched, I'll let you know. If you have chosen tracked I'll give you the tracking number. If you have chosen standard free shipping please note I cannot track that.

I need to change or cancel my order. Can I do that?

Unfortunately not. You are unable to change, cancel or add something to your order. Our products are custom made to order. Once an order is submitted, production starts straight away with my print partner, It can't be cancelled.

Can I sell or share the printables and digital products?

No, unless stated the printables and digital planners are for personal use only. They may not be sold, copied, distributed, shared, or altered in any way. Do not share these files with anyone else, such as friends and family. They are solely for you as a paying customer.
