About

Welcome to Well-Ravelled!

For two years, my Etsy shop was stocked with scarves and accessories that I created. Then in February 2014, we were blessed with a darling daughter, Juliet, who has stolen our hearts along with our time! Since my time to crochet is now limited, I have focused my efforts on creating patterns rather than finished products.

My style is modern and fun, while still being cozy and simple. I like designs that are just as appropriate for a walk through a big city as they are on a stroll on a forest trail. I am passionate about oversized, soft, luxurious scarves. My husband, Kyle, does all the photography for Well-Ravelled, and I model the scarves.

Payment
I accept payment through Paypal and Etsy's credit card system.

Orders cannot be cancelled once item has shipped. If you wish to cancel an order after the item is shipped, you may return the item for a refund of the item listing price, but will not be reimbursed on shipping costs.

Payment for patterns cannot be refunded after the pattern has been emailed or downloaded.
Shipping
Ready-to-ship items will ship 1-3 business days after receipt of payment, and all items shipped within the US include delivery confirmation. I ship through USPS, using either First Class or Priority shipping, depending on the weight of the package. Items will ship in waterproof plastic poly-mailer envelopes.

I am always happy to include a personalized note with a gift purchase! Just let me know if your item is a gift in the Note to Seller during checkout, and please tell me what you'd like your note to say.

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the US usually takes 3-5 days. International packages ship First Class and may take up to 4-6 weeks for delivery, although they usually arrive much sooner. I will not consider an international package to be lost until it has been 8 weeks. If you require expedited shipping, please contact me before your purchase and I will adjust shipping prices accordingly.

If an item is custom ordered, additional time will be required to make the item, and shipping information will be included in the custom listing.

Please check your mailing address associated with Etsy and Paypal. I am not responsible for any extra shipping costs if the address you supply is incorrect.

I am not responsible for any additional customs fees, VAT, duty, taxes or costs associated with international orders. These are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your country's customs policies before ordering.

I do not include invoices/receipts on US orders unless requested, because these are available online. Please let me know if you need a receipt.

Patterns: Please specify your email address in the buyer's notes, or I will send to the address associated with your Etsy and Paypal accounts. If you do not receive your pattern in 24 hours, please check your Spam folder, then contact me so I can re-send.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make every effort to accurately represent my items through photos and descriptions so my customers know exactly what they are purchasing. I provide measurements on size-sensitive items, so it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the item will fit. If the item does not fit, I will refund or exchange the item but the buyer must pay shipping costs.

If you change your mind on an order, the item may be returned for the full listing price within 7 days, if the item is unworn and returned in the condition in which it was shipped. However, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.

If there is a problem with an item, I will address the issue on a case-by-case basis. If the problem is an error on my account, I will reimburse your full costs after the item has been returned, or replace the item at no cost to you.

No refunds on patterns once the pattern has been emailed or downloaded.
