We Love Holidays

The three of us have always been creative and we recently decided to combine our efforts by making this fun Etsy shop. Here you will find awesome original creations made us.

Though we do specialize in holiday-themed art, we also love making art that can be used & displayed throughout the year. We add new designs often and hope that you can find the perfect piece whether it is for a gift or to treat yourself!

Besides being great friends, we are also family! Alyssa and I (Megan) are sisters and Connie is our awesome mom.

We each contribute art to the shop, while I (Megan) handle most of the behind the scenes business details such as listing new items, replying to customer questions, packaging, and shipping. If you have any questions you will most likely be talking to me :)

Welcome to the We Love Holidays shop! We are so glad you stopped by. Please contact us if you have any questions at all and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
We hope you enjoy making things from our patterns! Please remember that they are all our original designs which have been copyrighted by us and are for PERSONAL use only.

We are unable to issue refunds after we ship/email the pattern(s) to you, so if you have a change of heart and want a refund, please let us know asap so we can give you a refund BEFORE we send it.

We currently only accept payment through PayPal. PayPal is awesome because it is quick, easy, and secure!

Please pay within 24-hours of completing your order.

We are required to charge sales tax of 8.517% to all buyers living in Oklahoma. Tax will automatically be added at checkout for Oklahoma customers.
I only ship to the United States. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
All packages are sent via USPS First Class Mail (or Priority Mail for heavier packages). Each order includes shipping insurance and delivery confirmation.

We no longer do flat rate shipping, as we feel it was not very accurate. Now we do it based on the weight of each item so that it is more fair for everyone.

We will ship your items via First Class Mail if possible, but if the package is too heavy it will be mailed via Priority Mail.

We have tried our best to have our prices be as accurate as possible, but in the case that we over charge you, we will give you a refund if the overage is $1.00 or more. This money will be refunded through Paypal.

*Please realize that the US Postal office does not operate on Sundays or US holidays.*
See the note under the "Refund Policy" below that says what you should do if a package is marked as "delivered" in the tracking info but you did not receive it.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our items and the fact that we show lots of pictures and details- all sales are final. All pattern purchases are final as well. Thank you for understanding.

Your happiness is our top priority, so please contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
We include shipping insurance on all of our packages, so if there is an issue with your order such as your package arriving damaged (or not arriving at all), please contact us as soon as possible so we can get it settled with the post office. Thank you!

** PLEASE NOTE ** All of my packages are trackable. If the package is marked as "Delivered" by the post office but you havn't received it yet, there is nothing else I can do about the situation. The post office will not do anything (even though insurance was purchased) since it is marked as delivered, so I will NOT be able to issue a refund or exchange.

The best thing to do is pray about it, ask your neighbors if they received it by accident, and check at your local post office. If you live in an apartment, you will also want to check with the owner/office workers at the apartment and maybe even the mail carrier. Also- it is more risky to ship to apartment complexes, so please keep this in mind when you are ordering.

If this does happen, I sincerely hope that your package can be found. I will be praying about it and will try to help as much as I can, but it really is out of my hands.

We prefer not to do in person deliveries or pick-ups except for close friends or relatives. Thank you for understanding.

The items we make and sell here are art, not toys. So please treat them carefully. They are meant to be displayed, treasured, and collected, and not played with.

Our items may pose a choking hazard because of small parts and are NOT for young children.

We are currently not accepting wholesale orders.
