Hello and thank you for your support and interest in Wendu Ink!

Wendu Ink is a tiny letterpress printing and design studio in Seattle, Washington. Everything I sell has been lovingly designed, printed, folded and packaged by hand. I have great reverence for the style and care that were infused in products from the past and strive to uphold that standard in all of my work. All products are lovingly printed on an antique Chandler and Price letterpress.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
If you are for any reason unhappy with your order, please contact me directly. I want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with my products.

If for some reason a card is damaged on its way to your doorstep, I will happily offer a credit, or send a new card. Please send me a photo of the damage within 24 hours of receiving your card and a new one will be shipped in 1-3 days.

Personalized and custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged once I have received your final written approval. If the mistake is mine, I will do my best to quickly resolve the issue.

Please keep in mind that the handmade quality of letterpress printing lends itself to slight variations in color, registration and impression. Although I pride myself on attention to detail, quality and consistency, the product you receive may differ ever so slightly from the version you see on your computer screen. This is all part of what gives letterpress printing its charm and distinct feel in the sea of digitally printed and mass-produced printed goods.
Payment
I accept PayPal payments. If you have an alternative preferred method of payment, please contact me directly. If payment is not received within 3 business days of purchase, your order will be canceled. I will notify you by email if this occurs.

I will ship your order once full payment is received and cleared.

If you would like to cancel an order before it has shipped please contact me directly.

I do charge sales tax on all orders made within Washington State.
Shipping
Orders ship within 1-3 business days. In the rare case that it takes longer, I will contact you directly.

I ship most orders via USPS to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Expect 3 to 7 business days from point of purchase with U.S orders. A confirmation message will be sent notifying you that your order has been shipped and on its way.

I make an effort to tread lightly on the environment. All greeting cards are individually wrapped in biodegradable cellophane protective sleeves. All packaging and shipping materials are recycled, reused, or found. Cards are shipped in stay-flat rigid mailers and should arrive undamaged.

Expedited shipping and insurance available upon request. Please notify me at checkout.

International shipping available. Customers will be responsible for all customs charges.

I ship to your PayPal address. If you need your items shipped to a different address please let me know at the time of purchase.
