5 out of 5 starsI love this, Sticker. It's very thick & will probably last a long time. Its holographic outline makes it really stand out. Loved the Personal note from the Seller.

5 out of 5 starsWendy's art is magical! The Wendala coloring books make me smile even when I don't have a marker in my hand. My favorite already is the cat chasing the ball of yarn around and around and around and around!

Shop Talk - The Eagle's Nest
Wendycardz is the Etsy home of Wendycards (but that name is unavailable). Wendy has been designing cards probably since before high school, but who remembers that far back anymore? There was definitely card making in college, when she would design invitations to parties. Eventually, this grew into a desire to produce cards for other people. And cards expanded to stickers and fabrics, and many other things.
Most recently Wendycards has turned into a vehicle to get Wendy’s art out into the world at prices everyone can afford.
Crafting can occur anywhere in the Eagle's Nest at any time, depending on the current whimsy quotient divided by 24 hours minus hours of sleep, times the square root of "when's dinner" plus the number of baskets of dirty laundry.

I design a lot of my quilts using EQ6 quilt-design software. One of the advantages of this software is that I can provide you with a really good mock-up of what your custom-designed quilt will look like, so you know what you are getting before I cut one piece of fabric.
When I am doing custom work for someone, I like to get a really good idea of who they are and what they want before I start designing. I want people to be happy with their quilts or other custom art.
At the moment, I sew with a pretty vanilla Singer machine. I machine-piece all my pieced quilts. Right now, I don't do much in the way of applique, but when I do, that's hand-sewn. Since I don't have a long-arm machine, or a qulting machine, if I am making a quilt that's larger than single-bed sized, I will prefer to send the piece out for quilting by a professional quilter. I have been hiring Janice Jameson to do my quilting on large pieces - she charges a reasonable fee for her work, and if you are interested in having me make you a large quilt, we can talk about the specifics and the costs during the design phase.
