♥ Wendy’s Stitch Works Policy & FAQ ♥

Please read all information in my policies before you purchase. Frequently asked questions are here too, but feel free to contact me anytime if you have any questions.

1. What is the payment terms?
All payments are due within 3 days of purchase. Any order not paid for within 3 days can be canceled unless notified by the buyer. If you run into a problem please contact me.

2. What kind of payments can you accept?
I accept paypal or money order in US currency.

3. What is your shipping policy?
I can usually ship package on Monday through Saturday. If you need your item shipped right away, you have to let me know. Insurance is not included. If you want to add insurance to your order, ask me so that I can adjust the price of your item before you buy it. If your items are shipped without insurance & they are lost in the mail, I cannot be responsible. You will receive a message from paypal telling you when your item has been shipped.

4. Can you deliver it if I am local?
Yes, it can be arranged. Ask me to discuss details.

5. How is your item packaged?
I try my best to use 100% recycled packing. Typical protective fillers will be made out of junk mail and old magaz ines. However, 100% recycled packaging is not a guarantee.

6. What happens if I do not receive my package?
I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you bought insurance, USPS will refund you for lost package. I do not give refunds on lost packages, sorry. Pay Pal & Etsy's policy on lost orders states that if I can prove I shipped the item (i.e. have a receipt with the date & your zip code on it) that I am not liable to refund or re-ship.

7. What if there is a damage on the item?
If your item arrives damaged let me know by email or convo and I will send a replacement or refund your money.

8. What if what I am not satisfied with the item?
If your are unhappy with your purchase, just let me know. Please state a reason why you are not satisfied. I will refund your payment once it is returned to me in its original condition. You have to pay for shipping.

9. What if someone bought something I really really wanted?
If you see something you like in the "sold" section, or would like something in another color, just let me know and I might be able to make it. I welcome any custom orders.
