Hi and welcome to my shop policies. Here you should find clear and helpful advice on the service you should receive, but if you have any further questions please don’t hesitate to contact me by sending a conversation, I’ll always be happy help!

Accepted payment methods

Currently we prefer Paypal payments, if you don’t yet have a paypal account it is possible to click the Paypal option and then follow the link to pay by credit or debit card.

The payment should be made within 24 hours of purchasing the Item. The sooner the payment is received, the sooner I can make the short hike to the Post office and send your parcel on it’s merry way. If there is a problem with payment contact me as soon as possible and we can sort something out.

Due to the limited stock of each piece, unfortunately in cases where the item has not been paid for within 24 hours, and no contact has been made by the buyer, the Item will be placed back on sale.

If you really don’t want to pay on-line and would prefer to pay by cheque, this isn’t a problem. Please note though that the item will not be dispatched until the cheque has clear so the delivery process will take longer than usual.

I usually dispatch items within 24 hours of payment, to give you the quickest delivery possible. If for any reason you do need to cancel an order let me know as soon as possible, if the item has already been dispatched it will be the buyers responsibility to pay for the delivery costs for posting and returning the item.
I’m happy to ship absolutely everywhere, and I aim to dispatch every item within 24 hours of the payment being received. If there is a delay for any reason I will contact you and let you know. Please be aware that as I’m an English shop, delivery to the US and anywhere outside of the UK will take a little longer.

Please ensure that the mailing address on your Paypal address matches the address on your Etsy account as this can cause a delay in dispatching the item. If the you do have different address’s on each account you will need to specify which is the one you would like the item dispatched to, you can do this on the ‘notes to seller’ section, or alternatively send me a conversation.

I use Royal mail for both national and international shipping.

I like to ensure the package arrives on your doorstep without taking any detours or getting lost, therefore all my items will be sent with tracking and will need to be signed for, if this is going to be a problem let me know in the ‘notes to Seller’ section when the order is placed and I will post the Item without tracking. Unfortunately if you do opt for delivery without tracking I am unable to take responsibility if the item goes missing.

For UK deliveries I use recorded first class post- which should be with you within 1-3 days.

For International shipping I use Royal Mails ‘International Signed For’ option, which aims to get the delivery to you within 5-7 working days. (Europe usually 3- 5 working days)

If at any point you are worried that a package has gone missing or is taking longer than expected, please feel free too contact me and I’ll see what I can do to help.
Refunds and Exchanges
I am happy to exchange an item if I am contacted within 3 days and the item is returned within 10 days from the day it was received. The item must be unworn and unwashed to qualify for an exchange. Unfortunately I cannot refund/ cover any postage costs unless an item is damaged or faulty, so please think carefully when picking you size. All my clothing stock is printed on American Apparel. I have tried to make the sizing as clear as possible but if your every unsure it’s best to send me a conversation and I’ll be able to give you a more detailed measurements and a better insight into what size is best for you.

If it is necessary to change your item for a different size, please contact me first before returning it so that I can check the availability of the item and reserve the size you would like to exchange it for.

Refunds will only be offered if the size or item requested for exchange is unavailable.

I want you to be happy with your item so if there is any problems, big or small, contact me as soon as possible and I’m sure we’ll sort something out.
