I accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. For returns or exchanges due to changing your mind, buyer is responsible for return shipping. For undelivered items or items damaged during transit, please message me! Refunds will only be given once returned items are received. As with most things, there are always extenuating circumstances, if you have any questions, please reach out through Etsy message!

In most cases, yes! I’m happy to combine your orders provided neither have shipped yet. I try to catch multiple orders to the same address, but sometimes I miss things so if you want to guarantee I combine your orders, please reach out through Etsy message with your order numbers. The extra shipping cost paid (minus any additional cost from heavier packaging) will be refunded to you at the time of packaging.

Oops! Sometimes our fingers slip, and mistakes are made. If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, contact me ASAP to update the address before your package is mailed. Address changes to a completely different street, city, or state may require cancelling and re-ordering to qualify for Etsy protection, which protects both buyer and seller. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and hope you’ll choose to reorder from my shop with the correct address.

Went Designing is not responsible for orders that are lost or not delivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, or non-verified address. If your package has not arrived in 6 weeks, please contact me for assistance.

We all know shipping is A Thing™️ in recent times, but if the address on your order is correct and it has been shipped and you still haven't received your order by the last date in your estimated delivery range, please reach out to let me know. You can also contact USPS/your shipping carrier and file a claim. Once your tracking says delivered, Went Designing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your order arrived and you received the wrong item or something is missing, please reach out through Etsy message for a resolution. I may require you to return incorrect items and will provide a return shipping label in that case.

Possibly! If you’re interested in a custom enamel pin or sticker or an altered version of a design I already offer, please reach out through Etsy message. Custom enamel pins or stickers are subject to a separate design fee and may require a minimum order quantity. Wholesale pricing may be available for larger orders.

I cannot guarantee any shipping dates, especially during holidays or high-volume shipping times. Etsy will give you an estimated delivery range during checkout. This range is an estimate provided by Etsy and its shipping partners. I have no control over this estimate and while it is generally correct, it does not account for delays caused by global events, strikes, or other postal phenomenon.

International shipping can take anywhere between 2 – 6 weeks or more, depending on destination and shipping method. All international orders, including stickers, are shipped in a padded poly mailer with First Class minimum postage.
