Thank you for your interest in our work! We love spreading originality and paint into your wardrobe. Our pieces are made with love and precision, and you can expect the same things to go into our customer service. Below you will find our store policies, if you have any questions, please convo us or email us at weremadeofpaint [!at] gmail.com.
We accept payment through PayPal. It's integrated with Etsy and after you commit to buy you simply click the "Pay Now" button and follow the directions. A PayPal account isn't required to pay with a credit card. Sorry, no checks or money orders.
Residents of Pennsylvania sadly must pay a 6% sales tax.
Payment at time of purchase is appreciated. If no payment has been made after 3 days, your order will be canceled and the item will be re-listed. If you have trouble with the payment system, please contact us and we will try to help.
We love special orders and can usually turn around an original piece designed just for you within 2-3 weeks. Payment is due in full before we start making the piece, but we will send pictures before you agree to anything. Custom orders are not refundable.
We typically ship the items you see in our shop within a week of order date, and depending on your location, your purchase should show up around a week and a half after that (so about 2 weeks after you make your purchase). If you have a specific deadline, please let us know so we can get your package to you when you need it.
We only use the address given via Etsy, not Paypal, so please make sure it is full and correct.
Each item is carefully wrapped to arrive safely on your doorstep. Domestic items are shipped First Class with delivery confirmation. Shipping can take anywhere from 4 to 8 days. If it takes longer than 14 days please let us know.
If you need your order quickly we can ship it to you via 2-3 day Priority Mail with a tracking number for an extra fee.
Let us know if you would prefer this and we'll email you a new Paypal invoice.
International Buyers: International items are shipped First Class International Mail. International shipping time varies by country. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US.
***As a special consideration to our customers, if you order two items, shipping on the second item is free!***
Refunds and Exchanges
Like all sellers, we want our customers happy! If there's a problem with your item please contact us and we'll try to work with you to make things right.
If an item needs to be returned, contact must be made immediately and item must be returned within 7 business days of receipt. Item must be in new, unworn condition. Returns are accepted for exchange or refund. Unfortunately, we can't refund postage.
For custom orders, exchanges and refunds aren't possible, but we may be able to do alterations. Please contact us.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We insure all packages, so we will send you instructions for how we will proceed with making an insurance claim and getting you a new piece pronto!

We love sending gifts! If you need your purchase shipped directly to the gift recipient, just let us know. We can even print up a simple gift card for you, just indicate in the "Message To Seller" option what you would like it to say.
