About WestArtAndGlass

Colourful and bright and oh so shiny!!

I took a short day course on kiln formed glass way back in 2003 and fell madly in love. I've been making gorgeous bright colour combinations ever since. I do wonderful things with glass from my home studio in Nottinghamshire, England, where I live with my beautiful husband Jay.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
If your item is damaged in transit, please let me know as soon as possible. We will work together to sort you a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. Please also return the original packaging and photograph any damage to the outer packaging. I wrap and pad my items very well, so I very rarely have any breakages in transit.

If you don't like your item, or are unhappy with it for any reason, I can offer a refund on the item cost (but not postage costs) if it is returned as new within 14 days of receipt. But if you message me, we can try and figure something out that will make us both happy :)

I cannot accept returns of earrings for hygiene reasons. I also cannot accept returns of certain made-to-order personalised items if they cannot be sold again (I.e. if you have ordered something with the personalisation of a different colour, you can return this for a refund as I can sell it again. If you have ordered something personalised with someone's name, or special dates, I cannot re-sell these items and so cannot offer a refund on them.)
Shipping
If you are in the UK, postage of smaller items is by Royal Mail 2nd class for smaller items, or a courier service such as MyHermes.

Delivery overseas will be by Royal Mail airmail small packets, or for larger items a courier such as Transglobal Express.

I try to re-use packaging materials where possible. Therefore the outer packaging on your item may not always be the prettiest, but by re-using, it is the most environmentally friendly!
Additional policies and FAQs
If the amount I have charged you for postage is £1 or more than what postage and packaging has actually cost me, I will refund the difference.
