Returns and exchanges
You are responsible for returning the item(s) in their original condition as well as paying for return shipping costs. Returned items must be received by West Coast Printworks 10 days after the date of your return request.
Once your order has shipped it cannot be cancelled. You may request an exchange or refund once your order has arrived.
At the moment we only ship within the United States. Rest assured we are working behind the scenes to finalize our international shipping policies. Thank you for your patience.
All packages, unless otherwise noted, ship via USPS Priority Mail. Orders ship within 1 to 3 business days and then take 2 to 5 business days to arrive to their destination. Please note unforeseen circumstances such as the weather or holidays may delay shipment times.
Orders shipped with Priority Mail will included a tracking number. We will send you a followup email with your USPS tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order at USPS.com.
HOW PRINTS ARE SHIPPED
Standard orders ship in a cardboard or padded mailer with an additional cardboard insert to prevent your print from bending. Prints are covered with tracing paper to prevent scuffs.
LOST & DAMAGED ITEMS
We will consider an order lost if it has not been delivered after 15 business days from the date of shipment. If you believe your order is lost please contact us via an Etsy message. If your order arrives damaged please contact us via an Etsy message & include an image of how the item arrived.
