Frequently asked questions
Care instructions
All recycled lobster rope products can be safely cleaned with a hose or pressure washer. Avoid using any chemicals on the rope. Most of the rope is made from polypropylene, a type of plastic, and will not bleed, stain, or run.
Sizing details
We do offer custom sizes in many of our mat styles. The mats can be woven in roughly 3" increments in either directions. Send us the exact size and style you are looking for, and we will provide you some options and pricing.
Multiple item orders
Whenever possible we combine like items into fewer boxes to minimize packing materials and waste.
Delviery options
USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping, local pickup and delivery are all available but only upon request before an order has been placed. Tracking is provided with all shipping we use.

We offer limited wholesale on select items. Please contact us if you are interested.
