Accepted payment methods

Payment
I'm happy to accept major credit cards through Paypal, and you don't need a Paypal account to do this! Just click "pay by Paypal" upon checkout and you'll be forwarded to a secure site that gives you the option (on the left) to pay with your debit or credit card.

Shipping
Orders are sent to the buyer's Etsy shipping address unless otherwise noted in the "message to the seller" field at checkout. Please note that insurance will only be purchased upon request except for items valued over $75. If insurance is not purchased, I cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items.

Orders will be shipped via USPS within 3 business days of cleared payment. For international orders, please contact me for shipping charges before completing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
I take pride in all my handmade items and strive to describe each item to the best of my ability. I only want the warmest of fuzziest feelings from WhatKnot buyers, so if you're unhappy in any way with your purchase, please let me know and we'll work something out. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
