Vintage Coach handbags - Restored by us to be readily worn by you!

My husband, Jim, and I work together to curate and restore the collection of vintage Coach bags available in the shop. Upon receiving a vintage leather Coach bag, it is carefully inspected for significant signs of wear, then gently washed to remove accumulated dirt and debris. The bag is then structured and air dried to hold and retain its original shape. Once dry, the leather is conditioned and buffed by hand. The conditioning process restores suppleness and reveals natural variations/patina of the glove-tanned leather. We NEVER use paint, dye, or glue to cover up imperfections in the leather, as we believe these imperfections give each bag a unique personality and tell the story of its history.

Our favorite era of vintage Coach bag spans the 1970s to the early 1990s, when bags were manufactured primarily in the original Coach factory in New York City (USA). The leather used to construct these bags is thick, soft, and resilient - Available in a variety of classic, versatile earth tones. We specifically seek out bags from this era to restore and share via the shop.

Returns and exchange details
Items may be returned (in their original condition) for a refund to our Etsy address within 7 days of receiving the item. Buyer will be charged a restocking fee (10% of the listing price).
Please send a message via e-mail or convo to notify us that you are returning an item and the reason for the return/exchange. Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
All orders are sent via USPS First Class or Priority shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping costs of individual items can be found on item pages. I usually get orders in the mail within 2-3 days, but please allow up to 1 week for me to ship your item.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: If I have grossly overestimated the shipping cost to your location (by $3+), I will issue a refund to your account once the shipping label is created.

DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS: In an effort to save paper I will not be including a printed invoice or packing slip with your shipment. If necessary, you may print one yourself for your own records by simply hovering over "Your Account" at the top of the page, then clicking "Purchases" and printing the invoice for the item you ordered.
