Purchase with confidence. I guarantee all of my items with a 100% purchase price refund if your item fails to meet your expectations in person; simply contact me within 3 days of your receipt to let me know what I can do to make things right. You'll find that I'm trustworthy and refreshing to work. My desire is to extend good old fashioned social graces beginning on our first contact and continuing throughout each purchase and return visit!
Kindly contact me or remit payment within 4 days of purchase. Good communication is key; I respectfully work with my customers through unusual payment delays. Forms of payment include PayPal, money orders and personal checks (when paid by personal check shipping will be upon clearing until a relationship has been established).
I pack with utmost care and ship same day your payment arrives if timing permits, otherwise expect next business day.
I only pass along actual shipping charges; handling fees are never charged.
I’m able to purchase most of my shipping labels online with delivery confirmation, which means you will receive tracking information once your package is on its way.
With the exception of the countries which the U.S. Department of the Treasury has imposed sanctions against (as listed in USPS Publication 51), I generally welcome international purchases, but please see each individual listing as I reserve the right to exclude specific items (or countries) based on the item being offered. Please note that I do trade honestly in all aspects and abide by all customs rules and regulations, including the accurate completion of customs forms. Merchandise will be declared with a value equal to your high bid and marked as "Merchandise" on the custom form. Please be aware that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to your purchase.
Refunds and Exchanges
If a return is necessary, please contact me within 3 days of receipt to let me know what I can do to make things right. If an item needs to be returned due to a fault on my part I will certainly pay for the return shipping. In most other circumstances the buyer is responsible for timely return shipping and insurance costs. Items must be returned in the same condition they were received and your purchase price will be refunded.
Additional Policies and FAQs
I prefer to use recycled packaging as much as possible to ease up on our environment. This includes gently used boxes and lots of clean packaging peanuts. If you prefer new packaging I'll gladly accommodate - just say the word! :)
