I like nothing about the item...I contacted both you and seller in an effort to return it. it cost $40. I could have purchased one at a discount store for $.99 twice the size and equally as well made.

I have sold over 200 Totes and this is the first time this shop has gotten less than a 5 star feedback. The size of the tote is clearly stated, as is the price. I contacted the buyer immediately after she sent me a conversation, to offer the refund that she requested. I did not hear back. I reached out again after she left this feedback. I did hear back this time and she has accepted my offer of a full refund.
