You may use any and all file types for your professional photography business provided that what you provide to the client is a flattened (one layer only) jpg or pdf file comprised of your photography combined with my files so that my files cannot be extracted in whole or in part.
Small commercial photography usage means that the resulting flattened supplied product using my files is not resold but rather is sold to the end user by you in a small quantity as items such as invitations, prints, albums, cd cases, etc typical for the average boutique photography studio.
You may display the resulting product on your website, blog, advertising your studio provided that my product cannot be extracted in whole or in part.
When using on your website or blog please include somewhere a link and credit to my shop WhilstDigitalStash.Etsy.com
If you have a product usage which is not typical in a boutique photographer studio but rather geared towards mass market, please ask me if the usage is ok if the usage is beyond my terms for Small Business use. Extended licensing is available for mass commercial use.

1 Any part of the file must be incorporated into one of your designs not as is so my file cannot be extracted.

3. The format must be that you are adding text to personalize it for them each time, ie you fill in their name, saying, etc. no blank or template form allowed as it would be direct competition with my shop.
4. Sold for personal or small business only ie a birthday party or other invitation type event, no large commercial use.
5. Business use of a file set may be used as part of your creation for a sales of 1000 times in venues such as craft fairs, etsy. No large mass commercial sales, small business (other craft businesses) and personal sales only.
