My processing time is 2-3 weeks. The ship by date can also be found under your Etsy account, click on purchases, then view the receipt for the order, and scrolling down to shipping details.

We are currently unable to accept any custom requests for color changes, layout changes, or custom designs. Please do not leave a custom request in the notes of your order, these cannot and will not be accommodated. All orders ship with the item as shown in the photos of the listing.

Sometimes USPS marks items as delivered before they have actually been delivered. It will typically show up by the next day. If it still has not shown up by then, please contact your local USPS office. I will not replace or refund any orders that have been marked as delivered.

Yes, I combine orders made within 24 hours of one another. Just send me a message letting me know you'd like to combine shipping, and I will refund any shipping overages. If you do not message me, or leave me a note at checkout, I may combine them, or I may not. If the orders were made more than 24 hours apart, I will not combine them, and they will ship separately.
