Please be assured that I will follow your purchased item until it is safely delivered to your door (or post office box as the case may be:)). I do not feel that a purchase is complete until I'm assured that you are in receipt of and completely happy with, your vintage or antique treasure.
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, I offer a 100% unconditional guarantee on all of my items. I simply want you to be completely happy with your purchase, so please contact me to arrange for a return/refund within 7 days of receipt of your item.

A lifelong love of antiques, combined with my geographical location (NYC Metro Area) and the plethora of wonderful items available here, inspired me to open WhimsicalVintage in 2008 (an earlier handmade jewelry shop was opened in 2006). My shop has only existed on 2 venues in 14 years. I am nothing if not consistent 🙂
Please double check your shipping address if paying via Paypal through the Etsy system. The address may default to your address on file with Paypal. If you have an old address listed with Paypal, simply send me a message and advise me of your current address. This can be done via convo or in the "message to seller" box. I do recommend updating your Paypal address at your earliest convenience.
International customers please be advised of the following law changes regarding tax.
Many countries tax the value of the goods shoppers buy from other countries. New laws require that Etsy collects a goods and services tax (GST) on International orders. Buyers will pay tax at checkout and Etsy will remit it to tax authorities.
Additionally and unfortunately, I will no longer be shipping to Germany due to the German Packaging Act. While I agree with it wholeheartedly, the combination of item types to be packaged, along with my small number of German sales, makes this not feasible for me monetarily.
This business is all about learning, growing and staying in tune with the trends. My goal is to attain that with the eclectic choices that you will find when visiting my shop.
