Will you print my invites/inserts and mail them to me?
I'm sorry, we do not offer print services at this time. All products in my shop will be sent as a digital file.
How long do regular (non instant download) orders take?
I will send a proof within 48 business hours of the order. The final file will be sent within 24 business hours of receiving approval of your proof. That said, my business hours are Monday-Friday, 8am - 5pm CST.
So if you ordered on Friday at 4:30pm, your proof may not be ready until Tuesday at 4:30pm.
Why don't you accept refunds or exchanges?
The digital nature of the product prevents me from being able to provide exchanges or refunds once the final product has already been sent.
If you are unhappy with a proof, before the final file has been sent, I will negotiate a refund for you.
