WhiskerWorks' Shop Policies
Whisker Works is a wife-and-husband shop based in Sanford, FL. We hand make all of our props, from beginning to end. My name is Amber, my husband is Alex - welcome to our shop!
We've been making Whisker Sticks since 2009, when we debuted them at our wedding. They were a big hit, so we know they'll be big hits at other people's weddings and parties too. Male and female, young and old, these silly mustaches and lips bring friends and family together in a hilarious way. We'd call that a successful ingredient for any celebration.
Molded in hard plastic from handmade clay originals, all mustaches and lips are very durable and strong. They're also easily cleaned with soap and water. All designs are one-sided. All rough edges on the backsides have been sanded smooth.

We accept Paypal instant payments via Etsy. To pay with a money order or personal check, please email Amber [!at] WhiskerWorks.com.
If payment is not made at time of Etsy check-out, then a friendly reminder email will be sent two days later. If payment is not made within one week of Etsy check-out, then we reserve the right to cancel your order any time thereafter.
We use the shipping address received through Etsy, not Paypal.
DIY Photo Booth Printable files are available as immediate downloads. Once payment has completed, Etsy will provide instructions for you to download your file(s). All other orders are shipped within 4 days of payment, though most orders ship within 48 hours.
DOMESTIC U.S. ORDERS:
All orders are shipped from zip code 32771 in Florida and take 2-3 days for delivery. Small orders on steel rods will ship in a bubble mailer via First Class mail. All other U.S. orders will ship via Priority Mail. Delivery confirmation is included on all Priority Mail orders, so that you may track the status of your package. Tracking information will be automatically sent to your e-mail address on the day your order has been shipped.
To safeguard your package against loss, theft or damage in shipment, we recommend requesting shipping insurance to be added to your order before check-out. We cannot be held responsible for domestic orders once the Postal Service confirms receipt of them.
All orders are shipped from Florida, USA via First Class Parcel mail and take an average of two to three weeks for delivery. However, time in Customs may vary. Although rare, a package shipped via this method could take up to 30 days for delivery. If you are curious about the status of your delivery, please wait 30 days before asking us to track down your package. To date, we've never had a missing package.
Small orders on steel rods are shipped in bubble mailers. All other international orders are shipped in sturdy boxes.
Delivery confirmation is not available through the U.S. Postal Service for international orders and thus there is no confirmation that the Postal Service has delivered an item.
The U.S. Postal Service provides a customs number for each international package we submit to them. We will provide this customs number to buyers upon request. No additional tracking information is available. To track your package using your customs number, please visit USPS.com and click on "Track & Confirm."
Please note that some countries charge an import tax for orders coming from the United States. If applicable, this tax will be need to be paid by the buyer at the time of the order's arrival to the destination.
Refunds and Exchanges
We really hope you'll enjoy your party props. If you have any issues with them, we accept refunds. Just ship the item(s) back to us in unused condition within seven days of receipt, and upon delivery we will reimburse the items' purchase price. You will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Printable files are non-refundable once they have been emailed.

Q: How long will it take to receive my package?

Q: Do you combine shipping costs?
A: Yes, shipping is automatically combined when you add multiple items to your cart.
Q: One of my sticks arrived broken and I didn't purchase insurance. What should I do?
A: Click the "Contact" link above and ask for repair instructions. Don't worry - it's an easy fix!
Q: Can I place a custom order?
A: Absolutely! Let us know your ideal package by clicking the "Contact" link above and we'll be happy to set up a custom listing for you at no additional charge.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping options?
A: If you need rushed delivery for a last-minute order, we can usually make that happen, any day of the week (except Sundays & holidays). Email Amber [!at] WhiskerWorks.com for an Express Mail quote.
Q: I'm sending a gift to a friend. Can you include a personalized note?
A: Absolutely! We have special mustache tags reserved for personalized notes from buyers to recipients that can hold up to 15 words. During check-out, you'll have an opportunity to write a note to seller, and in that box, just type the custom message you'd like to include on the tag. Gift bags are available for 50 cents each.
Q: Do you offer bulk discounts or wholesale prices for large quantities?
