Returns and exchange details
If you find you would like to return a physical item in your order for any reason, we will gladly accept unopened, unused products within 10 days of mailing date. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your return item/s. Designs by Miriam will apply credit to another order (Purchase price only, does not include shipping)....no monetary refund will be made.
Once the item is returned to us, it will be inspected. Once we determine the item was unused, then credit will be appropriately applied to another order. After 10 days of mailing date, there are no returns or adjustments.
In the case of a defective or incorrectly shipped product, please contact us immediately so that we can correct our error. With any returns, please e-mail us prior to returning the item at info [!at] designsbymiriam.net and enter RETURNING ITEM on the subject line . Thank you!
Once the merchandise leaves my store and is damaged and/or lost, it is up to you to file a claim with USPS. Designs by Miriam will not be responsible for any package/s that is/are lost or damaged by USPS once it has been mailed. Please inspect your items immediately. All U.S packages are sent either First Class or Priority Mail with tracking number. If your item is damaged on arrival, please file a claim with the USPS.
**Please check your mailing address carefully:
We will not be responsible if your mailing address is not correct. We will only ship to the address that Etsy has on file OR the Pay Pal address that is verified in Pay Pal. It is your responsibility to make sure your mailing address is correct before placing your order. If your package needs to be intercepted or is returned to us, there will be a fee of $15 to intercept plus extra shipping cost to re-send to another address. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Additional policies and FAQs
If the product/s can be ordered, you will be required to pay 50% of the product/s cost when item order is placed. When the product/s arrive/s and is ready to ship, the final 50% is collected and then the item/s is/are shipped. If this is the case, the seller will be notified of such and be given a time frame for delivery.
If a special order is cancelled by the buyer, the 50% deposit will be forfeited. After a special order is purchased by the seller, it cannot be returned to the vendor. If the item cannot be procured, the 50% deposit will be refunded back to the customer.
