Fun personalized keepsakes for little ones

While pregnant with my first daughter, I wanted to create pretty things for her. I got a sewing machine and taught myself to sew and before I knew it, White Blossom Boutique was born. Ever since, I have been creating personalized keepsakes and more recently, party hats for that beautiful birthday girl!

Everything you find in my shop is completely handmade by me. If you see something you like but you would prefer a different color/pattern just let me know and I would be happy to make a custom listing for you!

Payment
I accept PayPal payments. If you prefer to use a Credit Card you may do so through PayPal without having to be a Member.

Payment is due within 24 hours of your purchase.
Shipping
Shipping cost for delivery within the Continental US & abroad is listed for each individual item under item description.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery time is 2-5 business days and is NOT guaranteed. I have a listing in my shop for Priority mail which will ship to you in 2-3 business days. Priority is usually very reliable, but is NOT guaranteed. The only method of shipping that is guaranteed is EXPRESS shipping which is available at a higher cost. Please message me for details. Also, I suggest ordering items with enough time to receive them at least a week in advance.

Tracking numbers are provided with all orders. Please utilize this tracking number for updated shipping statuses.

International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail. The delivery is approximately 10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
Quality products & good customer service are my top priority. I truly work hard to give you something you and your little one can cherish. I put a lot of time and attention to detail into each order.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact me immediately and I will make my best effort to work through the issue with you. I strongly believe that even the most difficult situations can be resolved.

RETURNS & SHOP CREDIT:

I do not offer refunds, but instead shop credit. If a return is necessary, please send back the item in its original condition within 2 days of delivery date. Purchasing delivery confirmation and insurance is highly recommended as a credit will not be issued until item is returned. Delivery confirmation & insurance will protect both the buyer and shop. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Buyer will pay both to and from shipping costs.

Returns will only be accepted if it is an error on the part of White Blossom Boutique.

DAMAGE:

If in the event an item is damaged in shipping, and a shop credit or replacement is necessary, we must be notified with a clear photo showing the damage to the product within 48 hours upon receiving the shipment. This photo is then re-directed to USPS for review & shipping refunds. Refunds or replacements will not be issued unless this policy is followed. ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS.
