Most of the items you'll find here are hand-crafted chainmail jewelry, though occasionally I list both non-chainmail jewelry and non-jewelry chainmail. I do take custom orders, so contact me using the "Request Custom Item" link on the right if you'd like a custom item made, whether you'd like one of my current listings in a different color or another type of metal or whether you want a completely unique item. (I may not always have necessary supplies on hand for your custom order, so contact me early if you need the item by a certain date.)

If your item arrives damaged, you may contact me within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange a refund or exchange (buyer will be responsible for return postage). Refunds/exchanges may be possible for reasons other than damage but are at the seller's discretion.

Payment
I only accept payments via Paypal. I will only ship an item after payment has been received. If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cannot be canceled once the item has shipped.
Shipping
I ship both UPS and USPS. All orders are shipped via standard ground (7-10 business days for the 48 continental states).
