I began making my own products many years ago because not only did I want a life free of chemicals, hormones, and synthetics, I wanted to know what things were made of, where they came from, and if they were harvested and farmed sustainably and with integrity. I wanted to know my food and my medicine.

When I started to make things that I use every day from scratch, plants I knew, and things I had in my kitchen, I learned what something sacred felt like. The more I do this, the more the deep, seeker part of me is fulfilled, the healthier and stronger I feel, the more I learn, and the more the momentum builds. Living harmoniously with the earth has taught me so many things, and continues to reveal beauty, lessons, and depth like I have never seen. I was born into the artistry of my life.

I've experimented with many recipes and methods to find what works best, using whole or minimally processed foods, oils, and natural ingredients. Everything I use I have wildcrafted, purchased organic from a source I trust, or grown in my own garden. I use spring water and infuse the essences with marble for clarity and balancing. I work mainly with local, seasonal plants, and also with plants that I have personally connected with while traveling in the Amazon and Pacific Northwest. All medicinals and products are made in small batches, in ritual and love, along with seasonal and lunar rhythms, and intended for the highest good and healing of whoever they come to.
