We reflect our own tastes in our jewellery our design philosophy is all about creating timeless pieces that simply look good.
Returns and exchanges
We treat every situation individually and do not offer a particular return policy. If you have any concerns or questions we are happy to try and work something out for you.

** Please double check the size (if ordering rings) and/or measurements before placing a custom order with us. If you need help checking your ring size using the diameter of another ring that fits the same finger or converting to US sizing the link below may be of help to you.


Ring sizes and chain lengths can be adjusted to suit your needs also.
We accept payment through Paypal.

We require payment within 3 days of purchase. If you are unable to pay within these three days please contact us. If your payment has not been received within these three days and or we have not had any contact from you we will cancel the transaction.

We use Paypal to receive payments from our buyers. Paypal is a safe and secure online payment system and has step by step instructions for you to follow to make a payment.

It is not necessary to have a Paypal account to make a purchase via Paypal. You can use your credit card if you do not have or do not wish to set up a Paypal account.
All items are shipped from Sydney Australia and may take up to 15 days to arrive to international destinations. Usually they arrive sooner than this :)

Items will be shipped within 7 days after we have received confirmation of payment and you will be notified of when they have been sent to you.

Insurance is available upon request if you are concerned about the shipping of your items so please contact us for prices to insure parcels to your country. All our items are shipped through standard airmail through Australia Post and and if on the rare occassion (the VERY rare occassion) your parcel goes missing in transit we do not offer refunds.

We usually make 1-2 trips to the post office each week.

Each buyer will receive an automated message shown on your receipt after purchase and will be contacted after the parcel has been sent.

*Please note that many of our photos have been taken using the macro setting on our camera therefore objects may appear larger in the photos than they are in real life. Please double check all measurements and sizes in listings and feel free to contact us if you have any questions prior to purchase.

We are open to custom orders so feel free to contact us!

Some custom orders may take up to a maximum of 10 days to create depending on the complexity of the piece. We always try to keep waiting times down to a minimum.
