Announcement   Please note that I have let my items expire for now, as my baby is currently keeping me too busy to manage my shop. Hopefully I will be back soon with more stock. Thank you!

*****************

Aprons back in the 1940's & 950's were not only protective wear and a type of uniform, they were an amazing outlet for a woman's creative side. Most aprons were made by hand by the women who wore them, and the variety of patterns that were available commercially was very large. Each apron was unique and distinctive to her personality - an artwork and a treasure.

I'd like to introduce the modern retro apron. Feminine, individual and very, very handy. Made right here, from my home to yours.

Welcome to Whoa Mama! Vintage Style. I'm hoping to bring the world into my vision of beautiful, feminine, vintage style aprons for all women. A handy, useful tool around the house, as well as a style statement!

All my aprons are created from my original pattern based off actual vintage patterns from the 1950's. They are each one of a kind, and are sewn sturdily on a vintage Mason sewing machine, right here in my home. I am hoping to add a few more styles to my line, in the near future.

My apron fabrics and trims are 100% cotton (unless otherwise specified) and are pre-shrunk prior to sewing. They should not shrink, or will shrink very, very little when washed. Machine wash cold, only non-chlorine bleach if needed, tumble dry low, warm iron.

I hope you like what you see. Please feel free to share this site with anyone you think might enjoy it.

Accepted payment methods

Payment
All payment is due at the time of purchase.

If payment is not received immediately, I will send a reminder after two days. If I do not receive payment by the end of the third day, I will cancel the sale.

At this time, we are accepting PayPal payments only.
Shipping
Packages are sent in Canada as Regular Parcel (approx 7 biz days), and to the States As Small Packet (approx 6 biz days) unless otherwise noted. Packages are shipped to the address listed on the Paypal account. If you need the package shipped to another address, please leave a note to seller when you check out.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST INSURANCE FOR YOUR PACKAGE. I will only add insurance when requested by you.

I will ship aprons and potholders in manila bubble envelopes, unless a request is made otherwise. Aprons will be wrapped quite small to fit the Small Package size requirements, and since they are cotton, will come out of the package fairly wrinkled. A quick iron will rectify any wrinkle issues. :o) If you wish, I can check how much shipping would be in a box, to prevent a bit of wrinkles (which you may prefer, if it is a gift). Convo me if you are interested in that option.

Out of country orders are welcome, please convo me for a quote.

Any possible duty charges are not included in my shipping fee and is the responsibility of the buyer.
Refunds and Exchanges
I stand by the quality and detail of my products. If for any reason, you are unhappy with your order, please do convo or email me and I will do my very best to rectify the situation.

Currently, I do not have a return policy, HOWEVER I am receptive to discussion, if you are truly unhappy with my product.

*Custom Orders can not be returned.
Additional policies and FAQs
GIFTS:

If the item you are purchasing is a gift, I can also include tissue and a card with a message from you and ship right to the recipient. Please put a note to the seller during checkout.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

I will happily consider all custom apron orders! Please convo me and we can discuss available options.

For size increases, depending on the amount of increase, this may involve a small extra charge, as I do use a large amount of fabric in my aprons to make them very full. Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the fit of my aprons.

ALLERGIES:

Please note that I craft in a smoke-free but PET-FRIENDLY location. If dog and cat dander is a major allergen for you, please let me know and I would be happy to re-wash and package an item just prior to shipping to reduce any allergens.
