Accepting the Privacy Policy
We need to process your personal information to run our business and provide you with the Services. By accepting our Terms of Use, you are confirming that you have read and understand this policy including how and why we use your information.

If you don’t want us to collect or process your personal information in the ways described in this policy then we ask that you do not use our services. The Whole Caboodle requires all account owners to be at least 18 years of age.

1 Who we are:

The Whole Caboodle Design is a one-person business designing and making handcrafted wedding stationery and accessories.


2 What personal information do we hold:

To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you are ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information (text to be printed on invitations for example).


3 What do we do with your information

We need to process your personal information to run our business and provide you with our services. We use it for accounts purposes and to complete and post your stationery order. When buying through Etsy, information will be shared only with Etsy to comply with my obligations under both the Etsy seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use. We do not share your information with anyone else or contact you unless we have a query directly relating to your order.

4 Messages from The Whole Caboodle

During the order process we will need to contact you to gain all the necessary information needed to print your stationery and to send proofs for checking. We will do this primarily via Etsy convo but sometimes if we don’t get a reply we may need to email you. Contact will only be made in relation to your order. Please ensure when ordering via Etsy that we have a valid email address.

5. Security

The security of your personal information is important to us. Your account information is protected by a password. It is also important to protect against unauthorised access to your account and information by choosing your password carefully and by keeping your password and computer secure, such as by signing out after using the Services and not disclosing this to anyone else.
Our methods meet the GDPR compliance requirement, both during transmission and after your information is received. Unfortunately, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to protect your personal information, we can't guarantee its absolute security.

6 Retention

The Whole Caboodle will retain your information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this policy, for as long as your account is active (i.e., for the lifetime of your member account), as described in this policy, or as needed to provide the Services to you. The Whole Caboodle will retain and use your information to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your information to comply with applicable tax / revenue laws), resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and as otherwise described in this policy. We generally keep your data for a period of 4 years. After this time your information will be securely deleted. If you no longer want The Whole Caboodle to use your information to provide the Services to you, you may contact us and close your account.

7 Control

You can request the deletion of your account and any information relating to the printing of your stationery order at any time.


8 Control and withdrawing consent

You can choose to withdraw your consent to our processing of your information and your use of the Services at any time by closing your account and emailing info@caboodle.wedding to request that your personal information be deleted, except for information that we are required to retain.

We may amend or update this policy from time to time. We encourage you to check back regularly and review any updates.

11 Consent

The Whole Caboodle provides a voluntary service; you can choose whether or not you want to use the services. However, if you do purchase from The Whole Caboodle you are agreeing to our Terms of Use.

Under GDPR regulations The Whole Caboodle is not required to be registered with the ICO because we only process data for our core business purposes.
