Please make payment within three days of sale or we will have to re list items. If you need to make special arrangements for purchasing a painting, please contact us before purchase and we will work with you.

We will confirm all orders within 24 hours via email.

We prefer payment through PayPal- this is the fastest way to received your order, you do not need to have an account with PayPal to make a payment to our account wholecloth [!at] wavecable.com
Items will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of payment. All items are shipped with tracking and we will e-mail you all tracking information upon shipment of your order.

We will ship items with the best shipping provider for the size of the item, we use DHL, UPS Ground, USPS. If you have a preferred shipping method please let us know and we will be happy to work with you.

Due to the nature of shipping artwork, we can only offer shipping discounts on paintings when purchasing more them one painting at a time. Please let me know if you are interested and we will update your shipping cost to reflect the savings to you. We also can hand deliver paintings in the greater Seattle, WA area, avoiding shipping fees - again please message us before hand to arrange delivery.

All paintings are professionally wrapped and shipped to protect your purchase. Shipping prices include insurance for full value and tracking.

We will ship internationally, if you live outside the USA and would like a direct quote on shipping costs PLEASE contact me prior to buying the item! Shipping prices quoted on our store front are for shipping within the US only. Please understand when shipping internationally additional time may be needed for the item to pass through customs, unfortunately we have no control over any delays this may cause.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds are determined on a case by case bases.

Artwork: I will only accept returns upon documentation of damage occurring during transit, so we can file an insurance claim with the shipping company.
