I chose a repair and have attached a picture. Although I was sad about the first piece arriving broken, my overall experience with this seller was above par.

The jewelry pieces are made only in few quantities making them all very special items to own.

Shipping takes an estimated (not guaranteed):
7-10 business days anywhere inside the US shipped with USPS Parcel Post.
3-5 business days in California shipped with USPS Priority.
7-12 business days international shipped with First Class Parcel.
inquire about upgrading to priority shipping, or for guaranteed delivery upgrade to express shipping!
A delivery confirmation is included with domestic shipping.
All pieces are carefully bubble wrapped as to prevent any damage during shipping. However, if any damages do occur during shipping please e-mail us immediately and we will do our best to address the problem.
Additional policies and FAQs
Jewelry stands unfortunately cannot be duplicated due to the use of unique antique pieces. Custom orders on jewelry stands are limited to the select dishes we have to work with at the moment. However, please feel free contact us if you have inquiries about custom orders on any of the jewelry holder pieces (jewelry stand, magnetic ring holder, and ring cushion) and we will try to work with you the best we can.
Please also contact us about any specific jewelry piece you have seen in the sold section you are interested in having re-created.
A wholesale price is given on orders of 5 or more items, so please contact us if you are interested in large orders!
Also, if your purchase is a gift, please let us know in a note or convo and we will send a little gift tag with your present.
